Just a little preview of Jenny & Art's wedding that the oh-so-talented Beth Helmstetter designed in Malibu this April. Steve Steinhardt was the amazing photographer, and the beautiful flower arrangements were designed by Holly Flora. I met Jenny a few months ago and was able to experience/watch her wedding planning process. . . and I am so happy her day turned out beautifully!

Peach Sangria

peach sangria recipe perfect for cinco de mayo!

1 bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc), chilled

1 cup Summerwhite peach purée (about 2 medium peaches)

1/2 cup peach brandy

2 tbsp sugar

1 peach, pitted and thinly sliced

4 lime slices

Mint sprigs to garnish

Step 1: Stir together the wine, peach purée and brandy in a large pitcher.

Step 2: Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Step 3: Add fruit slices, pressing against the side of the pitcher with a large spoon to release some of the juices. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with mint sprigs.

I'm in love with the packaging of these cordials, presses, and juices from Belvoir Fruit Farms. Belvoir infuses, presses, and cooks fresh flowers, fruits, and spices and then blends them with clear water from Belvoir Springs. These are the perfect as drinks on their own or mixed to make a delicious cocktail. I want to throw a party so that I can fill the bar with these beautiful bottles!
