Homemade Frozen Yogurt ::

I made fresh peach frozen yogurt a few nights ago and it was absolutely delicious.  At first, I wanted to try to make it sugar free because I figured the sweet peaches would add just the right amount of sweetness.  But, I ended up adding a small container of vanilla sweetened yogurt to the mix.  That combined with the peaches was perfect.

Combine about 3 cups plain greek yogurt with diced/pureed peaches (you can use a food processor or smash them with a fork).  I added a small container of sweetened vanilla yogurt, but you can add sugar or honey as desired.  I also added a splash of milk and a teaspoon of vanilla extract to this mix.  Stir it up and poor into an ice cream maker for about 20 minutes...

And then I tried blueberry:

3 cups plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Sugar or honey to taste
Splash of milk (I actually used vanilla almond milk)
Dash of cinnamon
Teaspoon of vanilla

Heat the blueberries with sugar on the stovetop until soft.  Add to yogurt and combine with the rest of the ingredients.  Pour into an ice cream maker for about 20 minutes...

Enjoy!
